1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. A. Around July 6, 2009, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured as the Defendant indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. The Defendant received hospital treatment for 15 days from January 23, 2010 to February 6, 2010, as indicated in the record on the details of hospitalization and payment of insurance proceeds, for a total of 626 days as stated below, and received KRW 82,605,812 from the Plaintiff according to the instant insurance contract.
