1. Facts recognized;

A. (1) On August 16, 2010, the Defendant concluded the instant insurance contract with the Plaintiff and the Defendant, the insured and the beneficiary of the non-life insurance.

(2) The instant insurance contract includes the fact that the Defendant received hospital treatment for an injury or disease, 20,000 won per day, and 40,000 won per day, per disease hospitalization cost, if the Defendant received hospital treatment for an injury or disease.

B. After concluding the instant insurance contract, the Defendant entered into the instant contract on September 30, 2010, received multiple medical treatment or hospitalization on a 14-day basis, including the Defendant’s treatment of the disease and the receipt of insurance proceeds. The period of hospitalization from September 30 to December 26, 2014, as stated in the following table, is 482 days in total on 32 occasions.
