The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, had the victim operate a taxi to the above destination, and did not pay 11,300 won of the taxi fee, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

3. On January 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 13:50, the fact in the “J restaurant” operated by the victim I located in H in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) did not have the intent or ability to pay the cost normally; and (c) ordered the victim to order the Kimchi dog and 1 disease of the owner of the kimchi.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and is at the market price from the victim.
