Defendant
A, Defendant B, and Defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to two years and six months, and Defendant D shall be punished by imprisonment for up to one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 2, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of fraud, fabrication of public documents, and uttering of forged public documents at the Busan District Court, and was released on July 29, 201 during the execution of the sentence, and the parole period passed on November 12, 201.

B On September 3, 2009, the Ulsan District Court sentenced one year and two months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Ulsan District Court, and on April 16, 201, the same court sentenced ten months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud and completed the execution of the final sentence on April 1, 201.
2. Criminal facts;
A. Defendant C’s sole criminal act of forging public document: (a) in collusion with a person whose name cannot be known; (b) around April 2013, Defendant C put Defendant C’s evidentiary photographs into the photo column of plastic cards that were produced in the same way as the design issued by the local government under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea; and (c) in the front top part, indicated “K” in the name column, “K” in the resident registration number column, “L” in the resident registration number column, and “L” in the address column, and “L” in the issuance date column, and “Ysan Si, Gyeonggi-do” in the name of the issuer column; and (d) made the resident registration certificate of K in the name of the Ansan market under the name of the Ansan market in red color; and (e) the Defendant forged public document for the purpose of utteringing the above forged public document in collusion with the aforementioned person; and (e) the Defendant forged the aforementioned forged public document with the Defendant on September 15, 2013.
Accordingly, the defendant exercised forged official documents.
B. The Defendants, as to the one-way conspiracy of the Defendants, are drivers of motor vehicles, certificates of registration, etc. at the first floor of Qu underground of Songpa-gu Seoul 2013, on June 1, 2013.
