On October 17, 2013, around 00:15, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.082% at the 10 kilometers of blood alcohol level on the 10-lane road in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
