Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2013, around 23:20, the Defendant started from the street room in front of the Han River Team located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and driven K-7 automobiles owned by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol leveling of approximately 200 meters to the street room in front of the Han River Team 302.3% of blood alcohol level.
