Defendant

A is a person who engages in wholesale and retail business of agricultural products under the trade name of "B farming association corporation" in the former Special Metropolitan City I, the former Special Metropolitan City Mayor, and the defendant B is a corporation established for manufacturing and wholesale and retail business of agricultural products at the above address.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to it;

From November 4, 2010 to January 10, 2014, the Defendant purchased 93.2km 4,301,000 won in the Republic of Korea, domestic 297km 5,267,00 won in the Republic of Korea, and then purchased 625 km per imported from NMa in the Republic of Korea, and 625 km per 1,125,000 won in the Republic of Korea.

From September 29, 2010 to March 19, 2014, the Defendant produced “O”, “P”, “ Q”, and “R” in the said incorporated farming association from around September 29, 2010 to around March 19, and sold approximately KRW 493,575,536, in nine places, such as a house, etc., for the foregoing period, after indicating the origin of each of the above products, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, such as beer, log, straw, straw, and website, in combination with domestic and domestic materials, even if the above products were manufactured by mixing them with such products.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a false indication of origin.

(b) No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of Environment-Friendly Agriculture and Fisheries and the Management of Organic Foods, Etc. shall advertise any non-certified product as a certified product or advertise any non-certified product in such a manner that it can be mistaken as a certified product

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from January 1, 201 to June 18, 2014, produces and sells products, such as “O”, “R”, “S”, “T”, and “U” at the above agricultural partnership from January 1, 201 to June 18, 2014, is a practice farming law.
