Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 7, 2015, at around 00:30, the Defendant discovered and found one credit card issued by a new bank (C) lost by the victim B while returning home from the stairs located in the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, 23 5-ro, Yongsan-gu.

In this case, the defendant did not take measures despite the fact that he did not return the above card under the possession of the Yongsan Station service personnel, and stolen it by a method.

2. On March 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased drinking water, etc. on the Goyang-gu D and 1st floor of Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si; (b) purchased goods by having 8,500 won prepare a credit card sales slip; and (c) paid KRW 7,000 from Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu F and 5th floor “GSB” on the same day at around 06:35, and used the said credit card in the above manner; (c) around the same day at around 07:53, the Defendant used the said credit card sales slip in the above manner; (d) KRW 64,00 (64,00 g, 1,900, 222,500, KON-gu, 2500, 100, 200, 250, 100,000 won, and 150,000 won, and 250.

As a result, the Defendant, even though he did not have the right to use the credit card, acquired a total of 141,200 won by using the credit card acquired as if he had the right to use it.

3. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) unlawfully used a credit card of a new bank lost by the victim B on the same date and at the same place as paragraph (2).
