1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff A visited North Korea several times from 2011 to 2013 as the Republic of Korea residing in the U.S. nationality, and used books based on visiting experience.

Plaintiff

B visited North Korea as the representative of I, in 1998, as the J representative, and in 2005, the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the North Korean Labor Party, North Korea visited North Korea, and given birth to South Korea on October 10, 2005.

From November 19, 2014 to December 10, 2014, the Plaintiffs participated in and discussed experience in visiting North Korea, etc. four times in M (hereinafter referred to as “M”) supervised by L.

B. Defendant C’s position as the Defendants is a general program channel operator, N chief researcher, Defendant D’s reporter and poppy, Defendant C’s reporter and poppy, Defendant F’s North Korean defectors, Defendant G’s professor and Ouniversity, and Defendant H represent North Korea and P.

On November 2, 2014, and December 2, 2014, Defendant C’s “ Q” (hereinafter “instant broadcast”)’s audience and the panel attended the Plaintiff’s meeting to criticize the contents of the Plaintiff’s speech and related press opinions, Plaintiff A’s RR contents, Plaintiff’s books and interview contents, etc., and among the above remarks, included the same contents as the statement in [Attachment]’s “the instant speech” (hereinafter “the instant speech”).

2. The plaintiffs' assertion

A. Each issue statement made by Defendant D, E, F, G, and H in the instant broadcast is an expression of false facts, not a simple expression of opinion, as indicated below, and is an expression that damages the Plaintiffs’ social value.

Therefore, the above defendants are obligated to pay the plaintiffs the money stated in their claims as compensation for tort caused by defamation, and the defendant C is the defendant of this case.
