A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 16, 2016, the Defendant shall transfer his/her domicile to Busan Jin-gu E at the Busan City community service center (hereinafter “instant community service center”).

“A report on transfer; Before preparing a report on transfer; and submitting it to the public official of the pertinent community service center; around 12:55 on the same day, a copy of the report prepared and submitted to the local administrative assistant F (hereinafter referred to as “F”) working at the same place, may be requested by F to make a copy of the report on transfer; but the public document “the receipt and processing of which have been completed” from F may be reproduced only upon request for information disclosure.

“The report of transfer prepared by the person who received the guidance; “The report of transfer; the report of transfer made by the person who received the guidance; the person who confirmed the report; the person who made the report, cut the tear, and damaged the official documents used by the public office, thereby harming its utility.

[In regard to this, the defendant/defense counsel submitted a written report on the transfer to the resident service center of this case, but there is no request for reproduction by visiting p.m. again to the p.m., and the transfer report is proved to have no tear.

However, in full view of the evidence adopted and examined by this court, the above facts constituting a crime can be sufficiently acknowledged, and the above assertion by the defendant/defense counsel cannot give rise to any reasonable doubt about the acknowledgement of the facts constituting a crime

2. After having been accused of the same act as Paragraph 1, the Defendant was issued a warrant of arrest on May 22, 2017 by the court, failing to comply with the request of an investigative agency for appearance.
