The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2004, the Defendant was raising the victim C and her son D (age nine) by marriage on September 4, 2004. On August 20, 2013, the Defendant decided to nurture the victims of the said D and divorced by agreement, and the victim C was raising D from that time.

1. Forging a private document or uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On February 3, 2015, the Defendant, at the F community service center located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si, Ma on February 3, 2015, without authority, was kept for the purpose of exercising, and without authority.

By stating “C” as “C in the previous household column in the form of the transfer report, and signing “C” in the name side signature column, one copy of the transfer report of C, which is a private document related to fact-finding, was forged.

B. At the above time and place, the Defendant submitted a forged transfer report to G employee G who is in charge of the moving-in report at the above community service center without knowledge of such fact.

2. On February 6, 2015, the Defendant, who is a minor freedom, made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant, at the home of the victim, 202 Dong-dong H Apartment-dong 705, Dong-gu, North Korea, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-dong, “I would return to the Republic of Korea by female birth abroad, and will move back to two weeks together with his father D.”

However, the defendant had already forged a report on the transfer of the name of the victim, and transferred D to the domicile of the defendant I 403 Do 504 Do 1403 Do 504 at the time of admitting the above paragraph 1, and the defendant thought that he will continue to care for the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and raising D to the office of the Defendant, inducedd a minor as a minor.
