Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant, while undergoing a divorce lawsuit with C, who is his spouse, was living separately and cancelled the Defendant’s resident registration regarding D Apartment and 122 Dong 202, which had been living at his domicile, prepared a written move-in report to the effect that the Defendant had the above C’s seal, and failed to file a move-in report using the said C’s seal without consent or delegation from C.

1. The Defendant forged a private document at the F community service center located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E on February 6, 2017;

In the transfer report form, the "C" was written in the householder column and the address column by using a black pen to write the "C" and the above C's seal was affixed to the name of the above C.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the transfer report in the name of the above C, which is a private document on the proof of facts.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), submitted one copy of the above C’s transfer report forged as above to G in charge of the above community service center, who is aware of the forgery, as if he were actually prepared.

3. No person who violates the Act on the Registration of Residents shall report or apply for any false fact with respect to resident registration;

Nevertheless, the Defendant prepared a transfer report as if the Defendant had been transferred to the above address without having been transferred to Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Apartment and 122 Dong 202, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1, and filed a false report on the resident registration with G by submitting it to G.
