The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,00,00, and imprisonment of KRW 2-6, as stated in the judgment, for each of the crimes of KRW 1,00.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 1, 2012.
1. On February 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on February 19, 2012, the Plaintiff: (b) on the part of the Busan-gu D department stores located in Busan-gu, Busan-do; (c) on the part of the victim E, on the part of the victim E, got the victim to drive a 57,000 taxi in front of H driving institutes located in Changwon-si G, Changwon-si; and (d) acquired pecuniary profits by having the victim drive the 5

The defendant was provided from the victim with the sum of 125,90 won in the market price from the seat and acquired it by fraud.
3. On January 28, 2013, at around 06:10, the Defendant ordered the victim to pay the alcohol value at the N main points managed by the victim M in Busan, Busan, the Defendant received the victim’s alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total market price of KRW 87,500 from the victim and acquired it by deception.
4. On February 1, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) went on a taxi operated by the victimO while having no intent or ability to pay taxi expenses in front of the thought terminal located in Busan, Busan; and (b) had the victim drive 78,240 won in front of the Pudio at the 21:22 day on the same day so that the Defendant acquired property profits by allowing the victim to drive the taxi in front of the Pudio.
5. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant, even though there was no intention or ability to pay the taxi cost in front of the RR located in the Busan Jingu Q, Busan, the Defendant 13,000 won of the taxi cost to the victim before the Busan Sho-gu trigrams (533 trigrams) in front of the Busan Sho-gu bus terminal.
