1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,429,242 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from September 22, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 22, 2019, the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order with respect to KRW 39,429,242 of the unpaid goods. However, the Plaintiff’s statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768, June 1, 2019) was changed to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768, June 2, 2019). As to KRW 39,429,242 of the original copy of the instant payment order, the Plaintiff is not obliged to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 16% per annum from September 22, 2019 to the day of full payment.
