1. The defendant shall pay 80,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 11, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from March 11, 2020 after the date following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order with respect to KRW 80,00,000. However, pursuant to the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019), the statutory interest rate of KRW 80,000 is changed to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019. Thus, the Plaintiff is not obliged to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (the amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019).
