A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,00, by a fine of KRW 500,000, by a fine of KRW 1,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E’s joint criminal conduct are those who were the full-time vice-chairperson of the F Party Election Countermeasure Committee and the G Committee at the 18th presidential election conducted on December 19, 2012, and Defendants B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E are the workers of H Company.

No one shall obtain a signature or seal from an elector for an election campaign.

Nevertheless, around November 5, 2012, Defendant A received signatures from Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E to support the I candidate for the purpose of conducting a briefing check with the intent of supporting the I candidate. Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E were to comply with the request.

The Defendants, according to the aforementioned public offering, within the H corporation between November 5, 2012 and November 13, 2012, the Defendant created a signature form for the title “worker Declaration supporting the I candidate for realizing the labor-esteem society” and Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E, and each of the Defendants was signed by 1,219 electors, including H Co., Ltd., in the above signature form.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to obtain the signature from the electorate for an election campaign.

2. Except as otherwise provided for in the Public Official Election Act, no election campaign shall be carried out by means of propaganda facilities and tools, various printed matters, broadcasting, newspapers, news communications, magazines, other publications, campaign meetings, symposiums meetings, debate meetings, native folks meetings, alumni meetings, neighbors' meetings, other assemblies, information and communications, the establishment of an election campaign organization or private organization, door-to-door visits and other methods prior to the election campaign period of Defendant A;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on November 14, 2012, prior to the election campaign period for the 18th presidential election (from November 27, 2012 to December 18, 201).
