Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the D Party, and was a volunteer of the candidate E in the 18th presidential election.

No one shall obtain a signature or seal from an elector for an election campaign, and no one shall conduct an election campaign by using propaganda facilities, etc. or by other means except methods prescribed in the Public Official Election Act prior to the election campaign period.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) from November 10, 2012 to December 12 of the same month, the 18th presidential election period, the 18th presidential election period, i.e., in the Jinju-si Council; (b) had the intent to carry out a briefing session to support the above E in the name of workers in the Jinju-si region to select the candidate E; and (c) visited the F Workers’ Union office located in the Jinju region and each company’s labor union office, and asked for support for the above E; and (d) was prepared under the title, “the realization of the labor-esteem society realizing the labor-related society ? the change of the government’s head office ? The Government’s anti-labor policies are strong and urged to change the policies to friendly labor policies.”

3. We declare the support of the E candidate at this substitute line for the change of regime and policy changes.
