1. The Defendant shall, in order to the Plaintiff, each point indicated in the attached Form 1 through 8 and 1 among the 3,231 square meters of land in Chungcheongnam-gun budget forest C, Chungcheongnam-gun.

1. The Plaintiff seeking indication is a person who completed the registration of ownership transfer concerning 3,231 square meters of forest C, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (hereinafter “instant land”).

The Defendant installs one grave installed on the ground of 79 square meters inboard (A) part, which connects each point of 1 through 8, and 1 among the instant land, and occupies the said part of the land.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to excavate one grave installed on the ground of the above (A) part to the plaintiff, and deliver the land of the above (A) part to the plaintiff.

2. The judgment by deeming the confession (Articles 208(3)2, 150(3), and 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act) only submitted a certified copy of the cadastral map and a written confirmation of land use plan as reference material on January 8, 2020, which is after the conclusion of the pleading, as well as any specific assertion that legally reflects the Plaintiff’s assertion in the course of the pleading in this case. Therefore, it is deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s assertion was led to the confession.
