Criminal facts

2. 피고인들의 특수절도미수 피고인들은 2019. 9. 17. 19:43경 전항 기재 장소에서, E의 감시가 소홀한 틈을 이용하여 피고인 B는 물건을 고르는 척을 하고, 피고인 A은 7,000원 상당의 마른 오징어 1마리를 들고 바지 주머니에 숨겨 밖으로 나가는 방법으로 절취하려 하였으나 피고인들의 범행을 눈치 챈 매장 직원에게 발각되어 그 뜻을 이루지 못하였다.
