Criminal facts

Defendant

B and Defendant A are married couple.

1. On January 23, 2019, the Defendants conspiredd to steals earing together.

On January 23, 2019, at around 19:24, the Defendants entered the “E” store located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant A collected two 10,000 won of the market value of the victim F, who was suffering from the display stand in the store, and shown to Defendant B who was waiting for in the store. The Defendants entered into the outer left part of the market.

Accordingly, the Defendants committed a theft of the property owned by the victim jointly.

2. On March 11, 2019, the Defendants conspiredd to steal clothes at the “I” clothing store located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the third floor of H high-quality water supply, around 18:30 on March 11, 2019.

Defendant A, along with the above store, went through the entrance of the third floor store, containing the gap in which the surveillance of the store employees was neglected, containing the amount of 199,000 won in the market price managed by the victim J, in a yellow shopping bag which brought about a set of 1 punishment of women's yellow yellow cart from the house. Defendant B puts the above shopping bags and went through the entrance of the third floor store.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

3. On March 16, 2019, Defendants conspired to steals clothes at the places specified in paragraph (2) around 19:03, on March 16, 2019.

Defendant A, along with the above store, went through the entrance of the third floor store with the above shopping bags containing the four string of female fluort, which brought up at home the amount of 199,000 won in the market price managed by the victim J, which is located in the store. Defendant B puts the above shopping bags and went through the entrance of the third floor store.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
