Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who works for the construction site for the development of electric village for all the faculty members of the Gyeonggi-do Military University. Defendant B is a person who works for the construction site and works for the driver of the Kagole-cles.
1. From September 7, 2012 to March 15, 2013, Defendant A stolen the scrap metal owned by the victim Es. Construction Co., Ltd., after performing steel work, and stolen it on the water, using the gaps in which the surveillance of employees of the victim company was neglected, Defendant A carried 488,00 g of 48,200 g and transported it to the vehicle owned by the defendant, and stolen it from around that time to around March 15, 2013, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, at the market price of KRW 5,686,40, which is owned by the victim company over 12 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
2. Defendants’ special larceny
A. A around March 11, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime committed on or around March 11, 2013, deemed that the Defendant B “it is possible to see whether it is possible to transport the iron bars in a more fashion.” The Defendant B consented to it, and the Defendants conspired to steal the iron bars owned by the Victim Es. Construction Co., Ltd.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly loaded the iron bars with Defendant B’s G carra, while working at the above construction site on the same day, and Defendant B, at around 19:30 on the same day, stolen the steel bars with the market value of KRW 7.5 million (x diameter of 8m x 10m in length) in excess of 10,000,000 in the market value of the victim company, by using the gaps of the employees of the victim company at around 19:30 on the same day.
B. On April 1, 2013, the Defendants jointly committed the crime and the Defendants on April 1, 2013, on April 15:30, 201.
In the same way, the market price of the victim company was 7,50,000 won and 10 tons of iron bars were stolen.
