A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Employment Security Act: (a) from April 2012 to December 28, 2012, the Defendant provided five rooms on approximately 30 square meters from the first floor B in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul to December 28, 2012; and (b) operated “C” as a trade name.

피고인은 2012. 4.경 위 C에서 음란행위를 할 여종업원을 모집하기 위하여 인터넷 구직 사이트인 ‘알바천국’, ‘알바몬’에 “만 20세~28세의 몸과 마음이 건강한 여성”, “시급 11,000 α(인센티브), 일 하시는 분들 월 300 이상 가져가세요. ^0^!!”라는 내용의 구인광고를 게시하였다.

around July 2012, the Defendant employed female employees, such as D, E, F, G, and H (for example), which reported on the job offer advertisement, and had them serve as many unspecified male customers, and had male customers take kis, and let male customers take kiss, such as her chest, her m, bucks, and so on. Around September 2012, the Defendant employed I (for example: J), K (for example), K (for example), L (for example), N, andO (for example) as above.

The Defendant recruited L workers and other workers for the purpose of having them employed in work in which obscene acts were committed as above.

2. On October 23, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Regulation of Amusement Businesses Affecting Public Morals around October 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 65,000 from the P which was found to be a customer in the said C; and (b) assisted a female employee L (e.g., m.) and kis in the smuggling; and (c) assisted a female’s chest and breabbbbbbs by having the female meet with obscenity; and (d) assisted a obscenity act by having the said female’s breast, bucks and bucks for themselves, etc., from among many unspecified male customers who had taken the said place of business from July 7, 2012 to December 28, 2012.

The Defendant, as above, is at a customs and business place, such as arranging obscene acts.
