Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who has been operating a kisc room, which is a business place of customs, from around 2010 to around 11, 2010, the term "D", and Defendant B is an employee of the said business place from the end of April 2015 to May 11, 2015.

1. No person who carries on the amusement business affecting the public morals of Defendant A shall have any person carry on the amusement business affecting the public morals, or mediate or provide it at the place of business;

Nevertheless, from around May 11, 2010 to around May 16:30, 2015, the Defendant provided guidance to unspecified male customers, who reported advertisement at the said business establishment, for the purpose of leading them to a smuggling with a charge of KRW 60,000 to KRW 70,00 per hour, thereby leading them to the female employees and kis, such as the chests and legs of the female, or arranging them to engage in self-defense on their side.

2. No person engaged in the amusement business affecting the public morals of Defendant B shall have any person do any entertainment act at the place of business affecting the public morals, or mediate or provide it;

Nevertheless, from the end of April 2015 to May 16:30, 2015, the Defendant provided guidance to unspecified male customers at a fast room with a charge of KRW 60,000 to KRW 70,000 per hour, thereby allowing female employees to talk with physical parts, such as the chests and legs of the female, or arranging the act of self-defense against the female.
