1. Basic facts

A. Since March 2013, C carries on textile sales business with the trade name “D” (However, the Plaintiff did not have a business registration), around December 2012, C leased one of the buildings owned by the Plaintiff, which was KRW 500,000,000, monthly rent, KRW 500,000,000, KRW 500,000, monthly rent, and KRW 2,000,000, around June 2013 (hereinafter “instant buildings”), and one building was leased under the same condition as “A Dong building” and “B Dong building” (hereinafter “B Dong building”).

A, B, and C are included in the building ledger, but among the parties, they are referred to as A, B, and C, and it is not more than A, B, and C, for convenience purposes.

B. On April 17, 2013, B, the former wife of C, concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant for the building A and goods stored in the building A and the goods stored therein, and on July 25, 2013, the location of the insurance subject matter of the foregoing insurance contract was changed from A to B Dong Dong, and on August 1, 2014, further concluded an insurance contract for the goods of the building A and the goods located therein.
