A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2013, the Defendant (the name B) was sentenced to seven months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on March 8, 2014.

On or before November 2014, the Defendant met a person called "C" with the introduction of a land owner, and the real estate register prepared before July 1984, which was not recorded with the resident registration number, and thus, even if there was no certificate of right to the relevant real estate, the Defendant used the real estate owner’s domicile to change the name of the person having the right to the lawsuit for the land owned by another and to acquire money by means of disposal of another person’s land by using the name of the person having the right to the lawsuit and putting it over as the owner, and then determined the land subject to the crime as “G land” and as “B” from “B” to “A” to “B” and the Defendant changed the name of the person having the right to the ownership of the land under the name of the head of the Tong-gu Tong-gu E-gu and 466 square meters and F1,768 square meters (hereinafter “G land”) and the name of the head of the Tong-gu bank issued in March 2015 to “B” and the family relation certificate, etc.

2. The Defendant who attempted to enter false information, such as electronic records, in the form of an official electronic record, shall be governed by the registration office of the Suwon District Court on March 30, 2015.
