A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2019, at around 01:33, the Defendant discovered one of the victim D (the age of 37) who had been a customer while arranging the table at the “C Burial” located in the Jeju City where the Defendant works as an employee, and then stolen it with the victim’s driver’s license, resident registration certificate, credit card, cash 140,000 won.
