A Imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and fines for 2,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by fines for 2,000,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the receipt of a patient by a member of the D Council in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On March 13, 2018, the defendant visited F, who is a public official belonging to the E Hospital, that there is a civil petition by a radiation doctor who is the same as licensed medical practice in D Council members.

“Along with the contact, “ was able to create a false radiation-related license and present it to the public official as if he had a radiation-related license.”

On March 13, 2018, at around 10:00, the Defendant made a copy of the official document issued by the president of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, after setting out in advance the name and resident registration number column of the radio-line license (H number) of G, a prior official document issued by the president of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and making a copy of it at once.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of the radiological license of the defendant, who was under the name of the Minister of Health and Welfare, a public document.

B. Around 13:00 on March 13, 2018, the Defendant held a forged official document by presenting the radioactive license, which is a forged official document, to F, as described in the above paragraph A, to the above official F, at around 13:00.

No person who violates the Act on Medical Technicians, etc. shall use the name of a radiation doctor or any name similar thereto, other than a radiation doctor.

Nevertheless, the defendant used the name of the radiation company by forging the radiation company license even if the radiation company is not a radiation company as described above b. The name of the radiation company was presented to public officials.

2. The Defendant, as a doctor, is a person operating the said D Council member, and the said A’s denial.

The above A-mentioned A-C who is the employee of the defendant

The defendant's business at the time and place specified in paragraph 1-C.

There is no radiation doctor in the same manner as described in the subsection.
