A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on April 2015;

A. Even if the Defendant is not a pharmacist, he saw as a pharmacist, and is willing to find a pharmacy. On April 2015, the Defendant entered the Defendant’s resident registration number in Korean “A”, “A” and “A” and “B” as a Korean program located on the computer at the Defendant’s residence located in the 302 building B in Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, as well as the Defendant’s resident registration number in the name column of name, and licensing as above.

“The Ministry of Health and Welfare” stated “The Ministry of Health and Welfare” at the lower end, and printed out “The Ministry of Health and Welfare” and attached the Defendant’s photograph, and affixed the seal of “The Ministry of Health and Welfare” with which the Defendant was placed in advance at the lower end.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, has forged a pharmacist's license for the defendant who was under the name of the Minister of Health and Welfare, a public document.

B. On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) presented that he/she was actually issued a pharmacist’s license, which is a forged public document, to E in charge of accounting of the “D pharmacy” located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Dong-gu; and (b) exercised the forged public document.

2. Crimes committed on September 2015;

A. On August 24, 2015, the Defendant forged official document: (a) opened “G pharmacy” in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; and (b) displayed the “G pharmacy” to H, a partner; (c) made a copy of the forged pharmacist’s license using a reproduction machine at the same place as paragraph (a) of Article 1, around September 2015; and (d) printed out the forged pharmacist’s license as Paragraph (a) of Article 1.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has forged a copy of the pharmacist's license to the defendant who was under the name of the Minister of Health and Welfare, a public document.

B. On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) presented that the “G pharmacy” located in the Jung-gu Busan Metropolitan Government F was actually issued a pharmaceutical license, which is a forged public document, to the said H; and (b) exercised the said investigation document as if it were actually issued.
