A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:50 on October 21, 2016, the Defendant insultd the victim by openly obsesting the victim in a large amount of interest, such as “Y Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma, Ma Ma Ma Ma, Ma Ma Ma, Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma, Ma Ma Ma Ma, Ma Ma Ma, Ma Ma Ma, Ma Ma Ma.”, among the victims of the foregoing E and police officers, on the ground that the Defendant, a taxi, who was a taxi in front of the C District located in Busan Metropolitan City Ma Ma Ma, was unfolded by the Ba Ma Ma Ma

On October 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 02:50 on October 21, 2016, at C District District in Busan Shipping Daegu, the Defendant continued to engage in an act of disturbance at the government office for about 20 minutes, including: (b) the Defendant committed an act of disturbance against the police officer, by putting the police officer under the influence of alcohol on the said District; and (c) the Defendant committed an act of disturbance at the government office for about 20 minutes, by putting the police officer under the influence of alcohol on his/her hand.
