A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant is 10,00 won by fraud to C who is an applicant for compensation and D who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud in the Daejeon District Court Seosan Branch on February 10, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on June 15, 2012.

On August 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that on August 1, 2013, the Defendant posted the victim L L at K’s office of the Daejeon U.S. on “N.S. 60D Kada” to “F. Kana,” and (b) stated that the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to sell the Kameras even if he did not receive money from the victim because of the lack of the above Kameras; (c) stated that “the Kameras will sell the Kameras with the Kameras, will be sold with the Kameras, and the Kameras will be sent with the Kameras cargo,” and that she acquired it by transfer from the victim to the Defendant’s agricultural bank account (M) around 10:18 on the same day.

On August 22, 2013, the Defendant, “2014 Godan133,” by accessing the Internet camera at the Defendant’s office of the Daejeon U.S. on Aug. 22, 2013, the Defendant confirmed that the victim N would purchase the said website “gallon LTE smartphone” on the said website, and the fact that the Defendant did not have the above smartphone, but did not have the intent or ability to sell it, the Defendant’s mobile phone text messages to the effect that “gallon LTE for 140,000 won was received from the victim to the agricultural bank (O) account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and then, by deceiving the victims in total seven times as shown in the attached list of crimes, and by deceiving the victims in total, 140,005 won from November 2, 2013.

The Defendant, around October 2, 2013, posted a letter to the effect that “I ambling off sales” by accessing Internet Carcas,” from the Defendant’s home located in Daejeon Pung-gu, Daejeon, to the Internet Carcas, and that “I ambling off sales”. The Defendant reported this to the Victim P who expressed his intention to purchase.
