Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. On August 22, 2012, the Defendant, at around August 22, 2012, entered “E”, “F” in the name column of the mobile phone service new contract, “F” in the resident registration number column, “F” in the address column, and “H” in the new mobile phone number column, and signed “E” in the column of the customer column without authority at the “D” agency located in Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, without authority, around August 22, 2012. Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the mobile phone new contract under the name of E, a private document on the rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising the right and obligations. 2) The Defendant, as seen above, forged one copy of the forged mobile phone service new contract at the same time and at the same place, was found to have been duly formed with “I” without knowledge of the forgery.
Accordingly, the defendant exercised one copy of the mobile phone new contract in the name of E, which is a private document on forged rights and obligations.
B. On September 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “L”, “M”, “M” in the resident registration number column, and “O” in the new mobile phone subscription number column without authority on September 13, 2012 in the column for the subscriber to the mobile phone, at the agency located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu; and (b) signed L’s name in the column for the applicant; (c) without authority on September 13, 2012, stating “L”, “M”, “M” in the resident registration number column, and “P” in the column for the new mobile phone subscription number; and (d) signed L’s name in the column for the applicant.
Accordingly, the defendant has forged two copies of the application form for new mobile phone subscription in the name of L, which is a private document on the rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.
2 The defendant operates two copies of a forged mobile phone entry application at the same time and at the same place.
