When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 2016, at around 01:25, the Defendant: (a) reported on March 22, 2016, 112 that “A taxi customer shall not get a taxi; (b)” on the roads B in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-gu; and (c) expressed a desire to “A” to E on the ground that E, a police officer belonging to the police station D police unit of the Changwon-gu, Police Station D branch of the Changwon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, asked the Defendant anywhere his house is asked and shoulders; and (d) made a drinking breast part of E once.

The Defendant continued to get off the taxi on the ground that F, who was in the position of the same global belt, continued to see where the house is located, provided that F, “F,” expressed his desire to “F, f,” and f, f, f, f, f, f, f, f, f., f., f., f., f., f., f., on the other hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.
