A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by drinking around about one hour and 30 minutes, including, but not limited to, e.g., drinking at the frequency operated by the victim D in Busan, Daegu, Busan, the Defendant: (b) expressed the cafeteria to the cafeteria employees “I am equal to bit bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and (c) returned to the cafeteria; and (d) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.

2. 3. The Defendant who interfered with the performance of official duties, as described in paragraphs 1 and 2, went to the current offender as the Busan Coast Guard E District located in Busan Shipping Daegu G, and went to the Busan Coast Guard E District on August 23, 2018, and came to a parking lot on August 23, 2018, and went to the police officer F who belongs to the said patrol team at around 21:10 on the same day.
