A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 200 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 3, 2014, at around 14:30 on January 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid off the clothes from the E hotel 503 room located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, for the victim F (n.e., 21 years of age) who met with the conditions of smartphoneing scam, and refused to leave the clothes; (b) the victim’s hand floor was scamed on one occasion; and (c) the victim’s scam, “I would like to do so; (d) I would like to do so; (c) I would like to do so; (d) I would like to do so; (d) I would like to dump the victim’s eye, which was a deadly weapon in the inner area of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; and (d) hack the victim’s eye and knick the victim’s eye.
