A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant first became aware of the Victim E (V, 47 years of age) in the D D multilateral bank located in Police C, from that time.

1.
