1. Defendant C’s KRW 15,510,00 and its amount per annum from December 20, 2015 to November 30, 2016, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff lent KRW 60,510,000 to the Defendants in 2015 as indicated below, and received KRW 45,00,000.

The Plaintiff did not agree with Defendant C as to benefits, business expenses, business allowances, etc.

For the defendant C's business, 7,500,000 won was required as vehicle subsidies, and credit cards were used for the business.
