A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

At around 03:10 on February 13, 2015, the Defendant intruded into a restaurant operated by the injured party M in L during Heung-si, through a window that was not corrected to the point, and stolen the goods totaling KRW 870,000,000 in cash owned by the injured party and KRW 16,000 in tobacco amounting to KRW 720,00 in the market price under custody in the depository.
