Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

B, C, D, and E, as a disguised marriage hub, recruited Vietnam women who want to enter the Republic of Korea along with a disguised marriage hub in Vietnam, and conspired to acquire the price for them. B, as a total liability, C, and D, in contact with Vietnam, play the role of recruiting domestic men, D, and E, in contact with Vietnam, and in accordance with the receipt of documents, translation, and reservation of airline tickets.

Accordingly, B and C introduced Vietnam women who want to be a disguised marriage to the defendant, and then paid 3 million won to the defendant in return for the introduction, and the defendant left Vietnam and completed necessary procedures for disguised marriage.

Defendant

B and C around February 24, 201, at the public service center of Seongbuk-gu, the above Seongbuk-gu Office, on which the defendant and Vietnam had a public official in charge of family relationship who is aware of the fact that the defendant and Vietnam had a person in charge of family relationship enter and register as the defendant and F were married to the public official in charge of family relationship registration who is not aware of the fact that the defendant and Vietnam had a person in charge of family relationship register the marriage report in a normal marital relationship although they had no intention to form a true marital relationship. At this point, the above public official had the public official store and operate an electronic data processing system for family relationship registration containing false facts as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B, C, D, E, F, Vietnam local Brazils, and made public officials make false reports to enter false facts in the family relationship registration electronic data processing system, which is a public electronic record, and exercised the above public electronic records which have been falsely recorded.
