A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 2277"

1. On January 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”), driving the C-wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license to drive the C-wing truck and driving it on the front of the 85 km away from the roads in front of the female body located in the innju city to the front of the 85 km road in the Young-dong Highway located in the same city.

2. Around 09:30 on May 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) (hereinafter “Road Act”), driving the C-wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving the C-wing truck at approximately KRW 1 km from around the Sejong-si, Pyeongtaek-dong, to the road front of the 110-lane Gyeong-si, Pyeongtaek-si at the same time.

3. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the above C-wing truck which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph (2).

4. Around 05:30 on July 15, 2016, the Defendant driving a wing-in freight vehicle C without obtaining a driver’s license and driving it on the same day from the front side of the Geum apartment road located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu to the front side of the 64 km-ro, Seocheon-si, 05:40 on the same day.

5. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the above C-wing truck which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 4.

6. On June 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on June 23, 2016, without obtaining a driving license around 06:10 on June 23, 2016, the Defendant is driving a sealed truck with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.064% under the influence of alcohol, and operates a sealed truck with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.064%, thereby driving it on the front of the apartment complex of Pyeongtaek-si Y-dong LH (LH).
