1. On December 29, 2012, the Defendant, at around 23:55, driven a C truck without a driver’s license for a vehicle from the front day of the rinker set in the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si to the front day of the gateator set in the same Dong.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated the said vehicle without mandatory insurance by driving the said vehicle in a state in which the Defendant did not subscribe to liability insurance at the aforementioned time and place;

On June 8, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) by the Daegu District Court on June 8, 2007. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant was prosecuted for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and is currently pending trial in the same court on January 30, 2013.

Around 23:20 on May 17, 2013, the Defendant operated a C truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters without a driver’s license for a vehicle, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.128%, from the hump studio front of the hump studio in the Yan-si, Simsan-si to the office studio studio in the same way.
