A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2011, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in Daegu District Court and racing support.

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act;

A. On February 17, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant driven a c-wing truck with blood alcohol concentration of 0.218% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license at the agricultural agricultural parking lot located in the south-Si, the Nam-si.
