The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. The Defendant in the facts charged in the instant case was the victim D (the age of 21) and the third degree of kinship, and the victim was the victim's bullying from his male-gu to her male-friendly relationship, and the victim was the victim's bullying from her male-gu to her male-friendly relationship, and at the Defendant's home from around December 20, 201 to December 21, 201, she was paid with the above E at the Defendant's home.

On December 25, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around the new wall on December 25, 201, the Defendant: (b) 101 of the Defendant’s house located in Northern-gu, Busan around December 25, 201; (c) had been able to rape a victim who was under the influence of alcohol with her children to the friendship in Incheon with her children on December 23, 2011; and (d) had her mouthd in a toilet and she was fright back to the victim’s side and her clothes, and had sexual intercourse once with the victim, after having her was frighted.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim by taking advantage of the victim's non-fluence state.

B. On December 25, 2011, at around 14:00 on December 25, 201, the Defendant: (a) was raped on the part of the Defendant’s house located in the front port on December 25, 2011; (b) was charged with sexual intercourse with the victim’s chest by taking the victim’s shoulder at his/her hand, putting him/her down immediately on the floor; (c) was cut off by one hand; and (d) was off by another hand from the victim’s blue part; (d) the victim’s body was shicked; and (e) the Defendant’s body was shicked; and (e) the victim’s chest part was shicked; and (e) took part in the victim’s Cheongba and clothes, she took part of the victim’s Cheongba; and (e) took part of the victim’s Cheongba and clothes, and (e) took part of the victim’s body.

C. On December 27, 2011, the Defendant, who raped on December 27, 201, resisted the victim’s body, even though he/she resisted from the Defendant’s house, the victim’s bar and clothes that he/she was divingd from his/her body, and forced the victim to engage in sexual intercourse, and resisted against the victim’s body.
