Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On April 20, 2015, the Defendant submitted a forged mobile phone accession application in the E’D’ mobile phone name to the said victim at a 'D’ mobile phone agent where the victim C is working in Osan-si B.

However, there is no fact that the defendant has obtained consent from E to open a mobile phone, and even if he has received a mobile phone device from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.

B. On April 21, 2015, the Defendant submitted to the victim a forged application for the purchase of a mobile phone in the name of G at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (a), and “G known to him/her, was to open the mobile phone in the name of G.”

A. On April 20, 2015, in preparing an application for joining a mobile phone at a “D” agency located in Osan-si B, Osan-si, the Defendant signed the “name: E: resident number I” and signed “E” in the applicant column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the mobile telephone contract in the name of E on rights and duties.
