1. The Defendant’s KRW 385,637,020 as well as 5% per annum from December 12, 2014 to September 9, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 7, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for a construction project with the Incheon Metropolitan City Free Economic Zone Authority (hereinafter “Korea Free Economic Zone Authority”), which is affiliated with the Defendant, for the total contract amounting to KRW 5,563,491,00, and the total construction period from December 14, 2012 to December 13, 2013, with respect to the construction works for replacement facilities within the Cheongra2 District Military Units, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for a construction project with the Incheon Metropolitan City Free Economic Zone Authority (hereinafter “Korea Free Economic Zone Authority”).

(hereinafter the above construction work refers to the instant construction work, and the said construction contract is referred to as the “instant construction contract”). B.

The construction contract in this case was changed due to the change of design, extension of air period, etc. as shown below.

(hereinafter referred to as "each amendment contract" shall be defined as "the next amendment contract," and the final amendment contract as "the final amendment contract," and shall be defined as "the final amendment contract."
