【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 5, 2020, at around 00:12, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying 30 bits from the victim C in the Daejeon Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City “D” restaurant operated by the victim C; (b) carrying 30 bits from the victim’s market value, which is the victim’s ownership, in front of the restaurant, into the Defendant’s office, and carrying 30 bits from the Defendant’s office; and (c) on around 02:25 of the same month, around 202:30 of the market value, which is the victim’s ownership, at the above place.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property equivalent to the total market price of 6,000 won on two occasions.

In this respect, the defendant has driven Oral ba without obtaining a driver's license over two occasions.

On December 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Daejeon District Court on December 15, 2014, and on September 7, 2017.
