Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On October 13, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at the Suwon District Court, and on January 24, 2014, the said judgment was finalized on May 9, 2014, but the reexamination was commenced, but three years and four months were sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on February 9, 2017. On April 12, 2018, the execution of the sentence was terminated on March 13, 2019 after the Seoul High Court was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime. On May 12, 2020, the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 20, 2020.

1. At around 08:30 on March 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stolen the property from a restaurant building located in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si; (b) invaded the victim D’s dwelling; and (c) stolen the property from a restaurant, following the restaurant; and (d) stolen it with a stude equivalent to KRW 30,000,000, the victim’s market value.
2. At around 06:55 on March 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) cut off the Felon in front of the Felon E in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) with a height of 1 gambling room equivalent to KRW 30,000,000 in the market price of the victim G ownership.

4. On March 28, 2020, the Defendant: (a) cut off, at the K Building parking lot in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) on March 28, 202, at the victim L’s market price, 30,000 won of 40,000 won.
5. At around 10:20 on April 11, 2020, the Defendant thefted with a 17 knife 1,70,000 won at the victim N’s market price.
6. On April 15, 2020, around 06:27, the Defendant: (a) cut off the Defendant with 30 small-scale volunteer soldiers equivalent to 3,000 won in the market price of the victim P, from Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
