Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On February 2, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daejeon District Court. On January 29, 2008, the same court was sentenced to one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On April 2, 2010, the court was sentenced to three years and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on August 3, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant, at around 04:00 on October 17, 2013, committed a theft of property by taking the amount equivalent to 300,000 won in cash owned by the victim of the victim D in Daejeon Jung-gu, with a knife at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, who was employed by the victim D, in Daejeon Jung-gu.

In addition, from that time to January 16, 2014, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 705,000 in total in five times habitually, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. Around 09:00 on December 26, 2013, the Defendant was in charge of delivery and collection of money at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu.

From that day to 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant embezzled the money in cash of KRW 300,000,000, and the money in his/her occupational custody for the victim, while he/she was making a delivery of 1,000,000,000, which is the market price of the victim’s possession, and 300,000,000,000,000 on the same day, without just cause, the Defendant embezzled the money in his/her voluntary consumption from KRW 17:0,00,00 on the same day

In addition, from that to March 15, 2014, the Defendant embezzled all property equivalent to KRW 9,872,50 on 11 occasions as shown in the attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2.

3. The Defendant who violated the Fraudulent Act and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act is a victim of Daejeon-gu I on November 24, 2013.
