Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From March 2, 2014 to January 12, 2015, Defendant A served as H team childcare teachers at “G childcare centers” located within the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F complex. A.
On January 8, 2015, around 11:41 on January 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) forced a mother and child used by the victim I to be laid off; (b) was forced to be laid off on the ground that the victim I (n, 4 years of age) did not follow the said dong well; and (c) was pushed down on the side floor of the victim’s left shoulder by hand.
