A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Crimes against which seizures Nos. 8, 10 through 15 have been prosecuted and related.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled Metepha (copon, hereinafter “copon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. On May 2015, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,00,000 to a person who was in office in Cambodia’s name (one name “AJ”, “AK”, and WID “user”) who was in office in Cambodia after receiving a request from AD to request the purchase of phiphones from AD, and transferred KRW 1,00,000 to a person who was in office in Cambodia, and then received KRW 1,00,000 from the above male toilet’s name fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor.

As a result, the Defendant arranged to trade phiphones between AD and one-person AJ.

2. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 5,000,00 to an influence of the name of the said one-person AJ upon request from a male toilet located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) transferred KRW 5,00,00 to an influence of the said one-person name AJ upon receipt of a request from a male toilet located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) received KRW 10,000 from a pen fluence, which was packed as a plastic paper posted by the said male toilet.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of phiphones between AD and the name influence AJ.

3. On June 2015, the Defendant received 10 g of a philopon sealed with the business name of hand-on, which cannot be identified, from the male toilet of the first floor of the building where it is impossible to identify the trade name in hand-on, and transferred KRW 5,000,00 to the person who was not the name of the JJ, upon request from AD to request for scopon, and then sent KRW 5,00,000 to the person who was not the name of the above male toilet.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of phiphones between AD and the name influence AJ.

4. On June 2015, the Defendant, at “AP hotel” located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, AO, put about approximately 0.1g of philopon into a glass pipe along with AD, opened a smoke emitted by heating the Raz, and injected it.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with AD to use phiphones.
