A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

5.4 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Mepter (the Melopopon; hereinafter referred to as the “Melopon”) and MDMA (the Melopon, the Melopon; hereinafter referred to as the “Melopon”) as follows.

(1) The Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a phiphone with a name-free box (a person using IJ’s “J”; (b) around 02:35 on July 4, 2017, the Defendant: (c) decided to purchase a phiphone with the name-free box (a person using IJ’s “name-free box”; (d) around the Seoul Western Building’s upper age cash withdrawal machine ( machine number 7719); (d) in contact with a usual name-free phiphone seller (L), and (e) identified his intention to purchase the phiphone by communicatinging it with a lucing method; and (e) reported that the 650,000 won was deposited from the company’s account under the name of a company M&C, a drug bank account used by the above seller, and (e) reported that the Gaphone’s name and the place of purchase was 1,000,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with the name-free person (J).

(2) On July 4, 2017, Defendant 1 decided to purchase phiphones with the above nameless boxes (J). From around 14:58 around July 4, 2017, Defendant 1 purchased cash withdrawal (equipment No. 6043) in the vicinity of the PO station in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, by communicating the aforementioned nameless phiphone sellers (L) with a philocul case, and expressed his intention to purchase phiculs, and deposited 6.50,100 won with the above company bank account. Defendant 1 purchased the above nameless boxes (J) by means of approximately 1g of phiculs from the building near the Gecheon-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with the name-free person (J).

(3) The defendant is the defendant.
